Hi There,
Will the new Wicked film coming to Sky store tomorrow have closed captions (My daugther is deaf)
I recently had a sky store film and it did not have them, when the film launched - I wanted to check before pre-ordering Wicked.
Kind regards, B

Find out moreI can't see anything saying it has subtitles on the Sky Store website so it I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here to see if the can answer this for you:

We've just bought it for £20 and can't see an option for captions! So upset! Been looking forward to watching this all day & now can't. My wife is Deaf so we rely on captions to access.

I'd suggest you contact the Skystore team to discuss as suggested by @caesarome
Here is a good link for that team who should be available next at 11 am Monday

That is frustrating that it is not available when launched - I can see the CC logo on other platforms that have the film.
That said, i have just seen this link on the sky site - https://www.sky.com/help/articles/enabling-subtitles
Would love to know if this works?

Unfortunately it didn't have subs, and we tried the 'turn subtitles/captions' on through the voice command on the remote. Spoke to sky who said there are changes coming that will mean all sky store content will have subtitle options. He couldn't say when this would come into play though.
