Pre-ordered A Quiet Place 2

Hi,

 

We pre-ordered A Quiet Place 2, it is showing on my bill to be taken out next month. I know it was released yesterday, but it is still saying I have to but this on my Sky Q box.

I don't want to press this and be billed twice.

Help please!

There appears to be an issue with some pre-orders so contact Sky Store support who will have to cancel the pre-order and refund any payment, you will then be able to order it again yourself.
