I have recently purchased a standard dvd on the sky store for 10.99 I think, my complaint is its states in that a blue ray will be sent. Usually this would not bother me but I specifically ordered a standard one for use in the car!.
what can be done to resolve this

I was involved in a similar problem yesterday and it was resolved by a livechat with the Skystore team
I would suggest that
As @caesarome says it may have been caused by clicking the wrong order button but I would certainly suggest going down the live chat route to clarify and resolve
