Postcode invalid

Hi I'm trying to sign up for sky store it says my postcode is invalid I have tried with a space and without but both say invalid

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regartding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

You are not alone in experiencing this as there is at least one other thread on this

I would certainly follow the advice from @caesarome and perhaps you could post back when you get a solution. 

Perhaps - and only speculating here - there are glitches with certain postcodes?

That appears to be a slightly different issue though @mike+simmonds as all those posts are about issues with logging into the MySky app while this post from @Roo92 is about setting up a Sky Store account.

Fair observation @caesarome although perhaps the two Sky glitches may be related even if the platform isn't the same

Well I tried that link they were a complete waste of my time, quote "I am sorry to hear that you are unable to sign up on Sky Store, this is a self managed account and we would not be able to set up the account.

I can only advise to type up the address manually and see if that works, also what online device are you using? 

 

I already explained I've tried it manually and it still says it's invalid they just said they cannot help so if that's the level of support from sky I think I'll give the whole thing a miss, thanks for trying to help

I have escalated your post to be looked at by the Sky help team. (Some of us on the forum are able to do this ) All being well they will contact you through this forum and you will see a little speech bubble appear which you can click on and respond to.
