Have a movie on us not working

I've got an email saying I can have a buy and keep digital movie. Following the instructions, I find the movie I want, sign in ... then it says there's a problem, error occurred. This happens no matter which movie I choose.

 

Any ideas how to get around this please?

Sky have some issues at the moment with contet like this which might be why you are having issues so if you can I would leave this until later.
