I am getting this error on sky store on my LG TV. Why do you allow us to purchase something, not let us watch what we paid for and then give us a code to reference that means absolutely nothing to us. This is a disgrace. How do I get my movie to play????

You are not talking to Sky support on here as we are customers who give our spare time trying to help each other.

 

Have you checked that the app is up to date and that there are no updates for it ?

 

Do you have another device you can access this on, like a computer/Mac/tablet, phone  ?

On a different thread I read about a customer who has a (I think) 2016 or 2017 LG where he has been told there is a known issue with the Skystore firmware on some older models .

 

LG are aiming to fix this. 

Is your LG about 5/6 years old ? I wonder if you are experiencing the same issue ?
