I have renewed my contract and they have given me £20 credit to use to buy a film how do i access it ? Thanks in advance.

If you have been given a code to use then you can apply it here:

If you have been told the credit has already been applied then have a look at the credit balance section further down the page here:

https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account

To use the credit you can select any Buy and Keep film and send it to your Sky box.

If you select a rented title these can not be sent to your Sky box but can only be viewed online or via the Sky Go app on a mobile device.

although various credits are arranged in different ways - buy far the most usual way is that you will see the £20 on your online Skystore account - look here and sign in

if you see the £20 you can use it for either a buy and keep movie (which you can send to your sky box) or rentals (which you can't - but can view online or on most LG TVs through the Skystore app)
