Picture keeps buffering

Just signed up to skystore and download app in all my devices including LG TV. 

Bought  some content but having truble watching it as keeps buffering.   Internet speed is goo and I have no problem using other streaming apps content.

Fed up I can not get any help form a real  sky advisor

Ive tried LG TV and IMac and both same.  app seems to be working. better on mobile phone.
