Hi!
We're trying to purchase a film on sky store but getting the error message 'spend limit reached' even though we have never had a spend limit. Is there any way I can amend this in my account?

We hear of this error message often on the forum. It seems that for whatever reason from time to time, user limits become set or reset to £0
Thankfully it's easy to fix, but not until 11am tomorrow when the Skystore live chat reopens. They should be able to agree and set a limit for you.
