Movie Charge

Got a text to buy a movie for free, anything out £13.99. Told me to choose movie and then put code in. I choose movie but it didn't ask for code. Have I now been charged for it????

Without knowing what this offer was I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

We have also had an e mail to buy a movie for free, anything for £13.99  told us to also to choose a movie and then put a code in.  we choose a movie but it didnt ask for a code so now have been charged for it!!!!!!

What type of offer was it ? Was it one where you had to enter a code online (as opposed to choosing one from your Sky box ) ?

Can you post a screenshot of this email, blank out your personal details like your name, email address etc...

Hi - exactly the same happened to me !! I received an email inviting me to select a free movie to buy and keep as a Diamond VIP. I was given a code but during the selection and purchase procedure, there was      nowhere to enter the code and now I've been charged £4.99p. I did the transaction using my MacBook Air.
