Cant download film showing R

Trying to watch a film but shiwsR agsinst it, pressed R but wont down load,  went and updated, also turned off and on, also turned off then held backup button but  lights did not come on

Do you have the Sky+ or Sky Go apps installed your mobile/tablet, see if you can start the download with either of these.
