I want to buy a film for the first time, so I sign in with my email and password, then the next page asks me for my last name. Don't know why I would need to do this really, but I put in my last name, tick the box to say I've read the terms and conditions and it goes to a screen to tell me there has been an unexpected error. Anyone got any tips please, thanks
