After reading other comments apparently this is a common issue. However our bills are usually £200, and we have been with Sky many years and never a problem downloading a film. But tonight I have the message. Cannot get hold of anyone at sky or chat as it's now after 9pm !!!

You are right this is a common issue - but nothing to do with the amount of your monthly bill.
It's usually a separate limit agreed and set up within the Skystore team.
You can contact them using this link although I think the livechat does not open again till Monday 11am

(£200 sounds a lot by the way - have you ever tried to haggle down the cost )
