Im trying to purchase a film from sky store. Its saying there was a problem processing my payment try again. I've tried several times but its not Working

Hi @Coco11 Have you set up a payment method in the Sky Store. This is separate to your subscription payment. https://www.skystore.com/n/aacc/my-account/account
