Incorrect film

I downloaded the film Tightrope which i was charged for and when I went to watch it the film was something totally different so I'm trying to get my rental money back i was charged

Click on "Order history".

Find the movie and click "Report a problem".

Choose “I was charged but didn’t receive the item” or “Wrong content”.

Add details (e.g., “The film was mislabeled; it wasn’t Tightrope”).

Submit.
