Stolen money

I have just logged into my sky store account to purchase a film & all my money isn't there now

did you have some Skystore credit ?

Skystore credit can only be used to buy / rent movies/TV for your own account so would be very weird if someone else tried to rent / buy using your Skystore account 

could you say a bit more about what's happened (but don't share any account details on here)

Thank you for your quick reply, I'm assuming sky have took the money maybe because not logged in for a while but never had a problem with that before. I had over £100 credit on my sky account & I logged in to buy a film & there is no credit/money there now

The best thing I can suggest - Skystore have a support team (it's only open for about 35 minutes tonight and from 11 am tomorrow )

tell them what's happened and hopefully they will try to resolve it for you
