Complaint

I have been unable to watch sky store on my tv for days now. 6 weeks holidays over 60 films purchased and nownits saying I cant watch it on the tv. Spent 4 hours on the phone to sky and now tv all saying its not there problem and passing me from pillar to post. I want to close my account and I want the film pur hases refunding due to what I see as a failure to uphold the contract on sky stores side. Can't find a direct phone  number and have been hung up on numerous times absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with

You are probably aware that on the forum here, we are all customers like you

What actually is the error message and on what platform is this happening on, Sky Q, Glass, Stream or Sky+ ?

Yes im just trying to figure out if anyone has had luck solving this. Can't seem to find a direct phone number for sky store and both sky themselves and now tv (despite saying the other can sort it) are both denying it has anything to do with them. Usually they pull there finger out when something is made public hence the post. Starting to think a complaint to the ombudsman in order and request a closure of the account amd a refund in purchased films
