The Film was Tinker and the List Treasure

Have you tried deleting the failed download and checking to see if it has then ended up in the deleted folder and if it has delete it from here again before trying again. If this doesn't work then use the link posted by @nigea99 to access a live chat that is available from 11am tomorrow through to 7.30pm.
