@Avgoustine as long as you don't watch it, you won't be charged. If you press play, you pay.

It depends in part if it's a rental or a buy and keep - and also where you did the transaction 

 

If online or on the app then you will need to contact the Skystore team to ask if they will give a goodwill refund (live chat opens at 11am)

 

If a rental on your Sky box then it's as @NickNewark says - you won't be charged if you don't press play 

 

If it's a buy and keep on your box - then again - you need to speak to Skystore
