That's what I tried yesterday. Doesn't give you the option. Just tells you it is released on the 15th. Says you can only cancel the pre-order 24 hours before the 15th too.

Was your pre order the bonus edition @Phil78 ?

 

Seems to be the common factor in most of the problems I've read about
