Why can't I purchase on my Sky Q account.......so annoying

Are you referring to Sky Store Purchases @GAROOGA 

If so you need to speak to Sky Store

If your account hasn't been setup for Sky Store purchases then you will need to contact Sky Store support about this. If it helps they have a live chat available each day between 11am and 7.30pm:
