What is happening when you try to play it @Scoobydoobydont on your Sky Q box and is it still downloading in the background, if so have you tried leaving it untilit has finished downloading ?

I notice @Scoobydoobydont that this is one of the Premiere rentals.

We hear that these only work when used on a system with HDMI (due to extra built in copy protection )

Is this what you have ? Or do you have either. Scart connection or are you using a magic eye ?
