On 3rd June we ordered the movie and have viewed it, we were expecting to receive a DVD of the film but we haven't been sent it. Should we have been sent one?

When you ordered it you would have been sent a confirmation email so does it say that you did order the Buy and Keep one with a DVD, if so then as @mike+simmonds has said it might be an idea to use the live chat to talk to Sky Store support about this so they can look into it for you.
