Found it thank you! I'm sure I looked their originally and it wasn't there. Anyway, whilst it's a nice gesture the choice of movies is shocking and most I'm sure are free but I should have known this!

Received email about sky store gift on us to a free movie to buy and keep but the option is not showing on ei4her sky q box when I go to the sky store.

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose your movie.  I could not find this offer which expires on 31/5

I take it you are a Sky Q customer and you are looking on your TV Sky Q / Skystore menu 

All I can suggest is you try a livechat with Skystore support at 11am

What about via Sky Store > Featured > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

There is no section "GIFT FROM US" in Sky store for the disruption on 15th May as per email received

Have you looked on your Sky Q TV menu under Skystore and seen a tile like this @Alatach ?

I got an email saying: We’re gifting you a Sky Store Buy & Keep movie — it’s our way of saying thank you for bearing with us. To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose your movie.  When I go there, there is no ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ to click on.  Help please??

Have you tried going to the menu on your Sky Q box on your TV and looking at Skystore, then go to "featured" or "top picks" and you should see this tile @seattlejon
