No reply just as frustrating as the rest of you, Sky Store does NOT  show  pick your Free movie as  Sky emaiL suggests.

why do you have to jump though hoops to claim offer ?

You sent me an email apologising for recent outage, and offered a free sky store movie, I can't get it, the option of selecting 'your sky store gift on us' is not an option

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Due to the outage I was offered a free movie on the Sky store. Excitedly I went to the Sky store to see what movies were being offered and what a poor selection, all old movies, all movies that probably would've seen before, and nothing new, this is not really compensation for poor service.  Come on Sky. Also trying to find a way to give this feedback was the most complicated process ever!

Totally agree - we have just looked and the films on offer are really old , 48 choices (wow) and they would probably be all of £2.00 to buy (think am being generous) in a basket at the service station ! 

I doubt they read these - but come on Sky be a little more appreciative of your customers and give us a proper compensation such as a deduction from bill! Or if not that , at least any film of our choice

Hi all maybe I am a little bit thicky but the free gift movie on Sky due to technical difficulties seems to be very elusive?! I followed the instructions in the email but when I go to my sky store I see no option Sky Store Gift on us tile option to click on? Also the answer which suggested clicking on featured I cannot find that either? I have been searching on my laptop should I be searching on my TV? Many thanks. H🙄

You need to be a SkyQ customer and look on your SkyQ TV menu in the Skystore section and look for this tile

I received an email apologising for the recent service outage and as compensation offered a free movie of my choice from Sky Store. 

However the instructions say go to the Sky store then click on the "Your Sky store gift on us" tile. Problem is there is not a tile called that. 

please advise how I get the free movie I was offered.

I wouldn't bother. I almost felt positive about this gesture until I saw how poor the films available are. Why oh why would Sky penny pinch when you’re trying to retain and apologise to your loyal customers. All they had to do was offer a free film, any film, and people would have been happy and forgotten about the issues they'd faced. Now I think worse of Sky than before they emailed this so called gift.
