I didn't receive the email but I had the issues and I can see the tile yet when I click on a movie it asks my to pay £9.99 to buy it £3.99 rent.
Do I need to prove I was affected by the outage?
If you are on SkyQ @TrousersMcBurnie you should not have to prove you were inconvenienced- it should just work for those specific 30 or 40 titles inside the link.

Spoke to an agent on live chat, they insisted it should work fine so i processed an order and was duly charged £13.99. fortunately the agent remained online and issued a full refund.
They advised this issue has affected some users so if you have this issue do not click to buy unless you have an agent on standby
30 minutes of my life I'll never get back! Following Sky's advice of, "To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose your movie" The chat function on the "Contact Us" page sent me round in ever decreasing circles. Luckily Google was my friend and I found it through "Top Picks", only to be dissapointedwith the films on offer, so an empty gesture on their part, I'd sooner have £7.99 off my monthly bill
After several reboots of router and switching TV of at mains several times "Your Sky gift on us" now visible only to find selection of films on offer very disapppointing. Would have preferred discount off monthly bill for the disruption to service received.
I also do not have the "Your Sky Store Gift on us" tile, despite having the email from Sky.
We have SkyQ which froze several times on 15th May25.
Go to Sky Store > Featured > Your Sky Store Gift On Us
It's all lies, **bleep**e films being fobbed off on us as a thank you! My sky subscription has more than doubled in price this year and I got conned into a new contract which runs out in January next year.... when I will be leaving sky after 18 years as a customer.... hearing ads on the radio offering new customers what I have for a quarter of the price!

I received an email to say I could have a free movie due to technical issues. Unfortunately there is no option in sky store to redeem it as stated. Any help or advice please?

If you look on your SkyQ menu on your TV, select Skystore and then Top Picks or featured, do you see this tile ?
