free movie offer after Q box issues

2015 movies wow sky you really are pushing the boat out hope everyone leaves as I won't be staying around the way treated us all you would think would be a box office movie

I have a message from sky regarding disruption and have been given a free movie. there should be a box that says free gift on us, but we cannot find this and it is still asking us to pay for the movie

Hi,

I had the same problem that I couldn't find the tile. However as someone posted a picture on this forum after going to SKY store you need to select the tile for the free gift from the TOP PICS selection list.

Hi Yes I'm a Sky Q customer and i recieved the email from Sky as I was impacted by the tech issues.  There is no option in my Sky Store for Gift on us?

It should be there for you as per the image posted back up the page so perhaps check back again later to see if it has appeared.

Hi - I tried selecting from  TOP PICKs and picked a movie there is still no option for a free gift? What am I missing?

It should be there when you enter the Sky Store. So if you have been sent the email (these are still being sent out today apparently) then try contacting Sky about it as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

I have had an email to say I have a fr3e movie due to the service interruption but I don't have  your sky store gift on us to click on which is what it says in the email to click on.
