Free film

[Little+Piggy]

I was given a free sky film as part of my mobile phone contract, which I can't seem to download. I have followed all the instructions in the email sent to me; but when I go to the VIP section of the sky store none of the films show as £0. I'm signed in so I just can't fathom it.

Just checking - are you signed in to your Skystore account before clicking on the VIP list ?

Also are you using a login that has the same user ID that Sky recognise with your mobile account ? 

(Don't mention your login or username on here)

The other thing you can try if you are stuck - is to livechat with the Skystore team which opens next at 11am Saturday
