Charged for downloading a free film

I was sent a code for being a VIP to download a free film. I followed the instructions and bought Elvis but there was no option to enter the code and then I just got charged instead of being able to enter the code? How do I get a refund?

Hi @Bean23

Did you try to buy Elvis on your Sky box or on the app / online?

To use the voucher you need to go online

Whether or not you did, you need to try to resolve it and the best way to do so should be a livechat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am tomorrow)

here's a good link

Thank you, will do that. I bought it in Sky store as that's what I had to do last year when I was offered a free film but it does appear that you know have to do it online! Doh 😣

Some free films you can purchase via your Sky box but only if the price shows as £0.00 which might be what happened here. For example the recent Halloween film of Casper could be ordered via our boxes as this is how I got my copy of it.
