He only has the basic Sky and I'd like him to be able to buy movies with a voucher? I can only see ways to redeem a voucher and not purchase one. He's in the UK and I'm in Ireland so my account is different

To the best of my knowledge there are no ways to buy Sky movie gift vouchers. They are all produced as part of promotions (Asda movie nights - that type of thing )

Neither can I see any NOW TV vouchers

Depending on what he has access to (Apple TV etc) there may be other platforms for which you can buy him a voucher / credit

You can sometimes get them if you are a Sky Mobile customer but they are not always available and are not if you are not a customer with a Sky sim or phone,
