Sky has a glitch
under the heading - New Rentals for a £5
they have a line of movies Oppenheimer is on that list , but low and behold it's not under a £5 it's )13.99 £19.99and £19.99

I don't think it's a glitch. It's a scam.
the exact same thing just happened to me.
it said 3.49 to rent. The. It charged me 13.99.
it's absolutely deliberate because they don't think people will check their bank charges, and they hope people won't be bothered enough to complain.

For £13.99 unless it is a premiere (very new) movie, I would suspect that you have bought a buy and keep movie rather than a short term rental ?
do you have the email from Skystore confirming the transaction?
in any event, if you feel you have been misled the advice from @caesarome would be your best option.
