Error 1100 Has anyone ever resolved this?

Since I joined Sky in July I have never been able to watch my purchased movies on sky store. I have spent hours of my life on calls been told constant to reset, wait a day. Ive had a new Sky Glass TV, a new puck for my second TV and nothing resolves this.

 Any of the countless times ive talked to a technician the have no clue. One guy after 80mins told me i should contact Sky Store and when I asked for contact details he said he didnt have any I should look them up online - this was a sky support line I was on! This is my last ditch attempt Has anyone ever resolved this error?

Hi @JillIre 

 

The easiest way to contact Skystore support is through their live chat (open now and for another 85 minutes till 7.30pm) 

 

If you don't get them tonight they should be there from 11am tomorrow (it's Good Friday but from memory they are open- apologies if they are not )

if it's any help - from a google search the fix for an 1100 error code is 

 

"Press System Management then Resets and Updates and finallyRefresh Apps. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing."

That link brings you to sky tech services which is a general tech help its not sky store directly

Ive also done the refresh app multiple times and it does not resolve it but thank you for your suggestion

Yes it does look that way but when you are actually speaking to an agent they are not sky store agents. It was through that link that the agent told me I should contact Sky store directly 🤯

Did you get through to the chat (initially a bot)

 

don't go down the link they offer you

 

and type "Please transfer me to Skystore live chat"

 

and persevere on that ?

Thanks ill try that but not today ive already given them 3hours of my life! Try again tomorrow
