Assuming this is a buy and keep movie and you have chosen "send to box" - you should see it in recordings / purchases

if it's a rental - then you can't send it to your sky Q box. You may be able to view it on your TV using Chromecast or HDMI cable from a laptop or LG TV if you happen to have one. (The newest premiere rentals though - can't be streamed)
