Unable to buy movies on skybox

Hi on Saturday I had my problem with access to sky store sorted on my sky box but now when I went to try and by a movie from sky store on my sky box it won't let me it gives me error meassge say please go to sky viewing help .com but that's not helped me can someone help me with this please
