Through sky store I have purchased a movie which downloaded to 50% then stopped. Tried to restart the download and just get an error download failed. I have been charged for the movie. Any help to advise how I can get the movie to download?? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry deleting the film then going into the deleted folder and either deleting it again (if it is a rented film) or archiving it (if it is a Buy and Keep film) then go to your Recordings > Purchases and start the download off again.
