Celebrate being a Diamond VIP with a Sky Store movie, on us

hello sorry about this i got an email from sky saying that due to Please enjoy a Sky Store movie on us, for movie nights made better. It’s a thank you from us. my question is this is this for real the thing is i have had scam emails hope you understand thanks john

You are doing the right thing by asking on here about this but on this occation this is a legit email so what you need to do is this:

 

Go to Sky Store website here - https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift
Select a HD Digital Buy and Keep film.
Sign in or Sign up then select Add Offer Code apply.


You have to place the order online via the Sky Store website as the code box appears after you select the film as per the image here from @mike+simmonds:

I have the same but each time I find a movie I'd like it apparently isn't eligible for the reward. I don't mind paying the difference but I'd like to watch one of the latest movies.  Is there somewhere that shows a list of movies I CAN choose from please?

Yeah make sure you go through the website as I didn't find the wording that simple & tried  getting it through the box realised immediately when it come up as this is £11.99 immediately tried to cancel it went to their help desk who said oh we've sorted it out WRONG! they're absolutely useless.

So I'm now stuck paying £11.99 for a film I could've gotten cheaper on DVD or Blu-Ray!

We read this on the forum happening often and to the best of my knowledge if you chat to the specialist Skystore support team about it - and can get through to a person, they often offer a goodwill resolution

Tried my best But can't get past the virtual assistant who no matter how plainly you put just runs you round and round in circles.

I tried writing in every way from in long form to being as short and blunt as possible But it still just throws me around without giving me any satisfactory resolution.

When you are on the chat and signed in, just type "agent" and take it from there

 

don't go in to too much detail until you reach a person 

 

i just tried it and reached a "you are in a queue for an agent"
