Struggling to play rental on TV

Hi,

I purchased a rental (Lion King) to watch on our TV but it won't let me use Sky Store. I have now come to realise it won't even support the screen sharing of Sky store.

Unfortunately we won't be able to watch the movie and I would like a full refund.

it is very disappointing that your app only works on certain TVs and this is not clear when you first purchase the movie

On here you are only chatting to other customers like yourself- you aren't chatting to Sky directly. 

My suggestion would be that you try to resolve this and get a refund from the Skystore support team. Live chat works well although for this you will probably need to get past the chat bot and reach a person.

You are right by the way @Sara129 that the terms of rentals aren't crystal clear - but they are there despite being a bit buried away in the terms and conditions 

 

We do see this a lot - you aren't the first.
