Buy and Keep waiting on DVD

I did a Buy & keep last month and I know the item is now out on DVD and has been for a couple of weeks. I wondered how long I should expect to wait before I receive it? Thanks

If there is nothing showing - one possibility that we have seen with other customers on the forum is that your order did not include a disc. 

Is it possible that what you ordered was the digital download only ? If you are not certain, have a look at the email you would have been sent at the time or order.
