having trouble buying or renting movies

Please could someone help me, I used to be able to make purchases on the box but now it does not allow me to do so.

just receive the message stating your account is not enabled to make purchases? 

ive tried a callback for the card that didnt help, ive bought movies before and my bill is up to date.

any ideas what i can do?

You need to contact Sky Store to make sure your Q box is authorised for purchases.
