Blue Screen on Purchase

So I've just paid £15 to download a film off the sky store.

When I try to play it, is just freezes on a blue screen. Other recordings off the TV are fine, but my purchases aren't working! 

Any suggestions?

Hi @Jamesmall 

 

@Laing1 suggestion is probably the easiest - in case you can't get through - it would help to diagnose the problem if you could expand a bit on the circumstances

 

One possibility- Are you on Sky HD ? Viewing through a scart cable or magic eye ? Watching a premiere rental ? 

That combination won't allow you to view due to extra copy protection built in these movies. 

Do post again if you don't get it resolved
