Insufficient fund for free VIP movie

I'm trying to access my free VIP reward, a free movie. It's showing as free but when I put my pin in it says I have insufficient funds? It's for 'Top Gun Maverick' thanks

@Beth6198  These free movies need to be ordered via the sky store website for mobile device viewing only and not via tv boxes as they are chargeable via that route

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here as they will be able to fix this for you:

@SKY1992bf is correct, if this is your free VIP movie then you must order it via the website, if you select a Buy and Keep film which you must do you can then send it to your box.
