Been charged twice for sky store
I paid for sonic 2 on pre-order which was released today but when i checked it wasn't available and I had to buy again

There have been a few glitches reported over Sonic 2 not being available from pre orders earlier today - Sky said they will resolve it asap
I wonder if you bought 2 different versions (bonus and non bonus ? )
in any event - I suggest you get on to the Skystore live chat and explain what's happened.

@trixy123 see below for what I posted in one of the other threads about this:
I just did a live chat and mentioned about just purchasing again and they said not to do that and we would be charged again. The message I got for the delay is below:
"I can see that your order has gone through but I am afraid we have had a large pre-order for this title and there is some delay in it showing on the Sky box, it will show on your box later."

I would assume you have been charged twice due to you ordering it twice, the pre-order and purchasing it today. You will need to get in touch with Sky Store support to resolve this, the live chat is available from 11am to 7.30pm daily:
