All our purchases over the last 30 years have been deleted.
If this cannot be sorted out, I will be deleting my contracts with Sky tv

Do you mean they have been deleted from your Sky box or from your Skystore account completely?
if you log on to your Skystore account on a PC, phone or tablet - can you see your movies there ? If so you should have the option to send them to your Sky box
Your other option is to livechat with the Skystore team who are there till 7.30pm
