I'm trying to watch Minecraft the movie but keep coming up with error code 0805 tried on the live chat but that's unavailable 

how do I get to watch it

I spoke to Sky about it. It's a known issue but they don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

The adviser stated that you probably won't be able to watch it tonight.

Looking at previous posts as well, this has been an issue they've had for years and they still haven't figured it out, absolute joke to be fair.

I have purchased the Minecraft movie today and am receicing an error message saying playback unavailable at the moment Please try again (1102)

Three very unhappy children, not the first time this has happened when purchasing from Sky Store.

I was informed by a rude operator that sky are making some changes to the movie. Apparently due to a tiktok trend. 

I was told it would be available within the hour (as at 1615)...still not working

I too have the same problem. I've tried the live chat and that also has a problem.

Managed to speak to someone, they now know what the issue is and are trying to fix it. Should be back working tonight or tomorrow morning. Told me to keep checking every 45 mins ish and when it's sorted it will just play. 

Told to ring back once it's working for compensation.

I've literally just got off the phone with Sky & they've said they've found the cause of the problem and are working to try and resolve it. It is affecting everyone who has sky as it's a problem their end. They said to keep trying to load the movie and eventually it should start working. He said he's fairly confident it will be sorted at some point this evening, if not tomorrow. Hope this helps!😁

We are aware of an problem that is preventing this movie from playing back on some devices at present and are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please can I ask that you try again in a couple of hours, and reach out to us tomorrow morning if the issue persists.
