recieved a letter that you would upgrade my sky box + box free looking for to book a slot to install

There should be a dedicated phone number to call within that letter.

Be aware that 'free' typically means no up-front cost: the monthly subscription may well increase depending on the options chosen.

@Jj38  You should still be abe to get through, have you tried witholding your number?  this is your only option as the forum can't do any upgrades for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Jj38 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

We are customers the same as yourself
