every time I switch on the tv and choose a channel I get a "techincal fault" message when trying to use the menu there is quite a delay also get message saying I am not connected to my wifi, when I check my router and sky settings they are ok. 've turned off sky and then back on to reset but still have the same problems

This is what has been happening to me. I think it's a glitch their end. Has yours resolved?

Hi @Chris5004 do you have Glass/Stream, try, rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect, then reboot your SKY hardware?

Thank you all for your assistance, unfortunately Having spent over 2 hrs on the phone with sky being walked through fault finding, re-setting etc. I've had to have an engineer call out as it appears it may be my SKY Q box !! (not due till Wednesday .....)

All sorted, apparently it was a faulty sky q box, swapped and now working fine
