through the sky q box when I try Netfix and Amazon or Disney + and Apple TV+ the app starts up and I sign in, when i choose something to watch the screen goes black or grey and the app turns off. I'm not sure if it's the sky Q box or the TV, but the telly says its up to date? Has anyone experienced the same thing? Masny thanks
