New F1 channel

Just had a new replacent sky Q box and the F1 channel has changed number and the picture is absolutely terrible. Very dark. All the other HD channels are bad too. Have done all the appropriate setting changes.

hi @KLW5250

Is the F1 channel in UHD  ?

Do you know the hardware version of the previous box - if so was it 32B0xxx ?

Is the hardware version of the new one 32b1xxx or 32B2xxx ?

If so try setting your screen resolution to 2160 78 bit rather than 10 bit

Hi @KLW5250   Could you check the software version, it should be Q220.
