Sky q remote / TV / BAUHN

My TV is a BAUHN and my sky q went back to factory settings / Reset and now remote won't control the TV.     I've tired 1&3 7&9 to repair but the BAUHN setting and other settings won't work.    Does anyone know another option.

Hi @smithy8282 

You have to enter the codes in the correct order.

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thank you.  Yes sorry I did that.      For some reason just won't work on my TV.

Thank you.  Yes did that but the make for my tv the settings didn't work or did other brands.   It worked fine for years but stopped last night due to reset

Hi @smithy8282 

Have you tried new batteries in the remote?

Then try re pairing again in Home - Settings - Setup - Remote control

Thanks @oldfella  ill try some new batteries  - sky said they will send a new remote but unsure if that will help.   Its never been an issue.

Got sent a new remote and still can connect tonTV. Only worked a few days ago?
