I've been sent a bill for not returning sky equipment, i would send it back if i had it but it's currently at my exs house as the wifi was his responsibility but in my name, i've contacted him and he says he hasn't got it (which is impossible) and i'm now getting calls and debt emails when it was his responsibility and won't send it back, i need help with this thanks

It may not seem fair, but if you don't pay then Sky will pass on your debt to a credit agency, which will result in a severe impact on your credit rating.

Seriously? I thought the non-return fee covered the cost of the box?

Any idea what they do if it still doesn't get returned once the non-return fee has been taken? Surely they can't try and charge you again?
